Mise-en-scene liter anyy means setting up a scene. in that respect are six elements that make up mise-en-scene: acting, costume and take, setting, lighting, com session or space and lastly, entirely non least, time. In the scene when Ricky Fitts is videotaping Jane while her familiarity Angela is over, you would be able to identify who e ach of the characters were, just finished watching that scene. You see Jane sit down at her make-up desk feeling downwards. You can assort through her facial expressions and ashes words that she is an innocent, teenage girl who is unhappy with herself. She is more on the hushed side and is quite self-conscious. Where as, Angela, Janes polar opposite friend, is stand in front of the window while Janes neighbor Ricky, is videotaping. You can tell that Angela is narcissistic and craves attention by the way she is posing for Ricky. Ricky is anything but interested in Angela, he zooms in on Jane, sitting at her make-up table behind Angela and rivetes on her condemnation in the mirror.
